القارئ وهو ولد في (24 فبراير 1968) في مدينة الخُبر في السعودية. وهو متزوج وله ستة أبناء وهم عبد الله، عمر، فاطمة، مريم، موضي، عبد الرحمن وهو قارئ براوية حفص عن عاصم. و من أشهر القراء في العالم الإسلامي ويتميز بحسن الصوت وجمال التلاوة.عام 1412هـ، حصل على شهادة البكالوريوس من قسم الشريعة في جامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية بمحافظة الأحساء في المنطقة الشرقية.

حصل على درجة الماجستير من جامعة لاهور الحكومية في باكستان.

حصل على درجة الدكتوراه بتقدير ممتاز في التفسير في رسالة بعنوان (( منّة العلي القدير في شرح طرق التفسير )).

The reader was born on (February 24, 1968) in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia. He is married and has six children, they are Abdullah, Omar, Fatima, Maryam, Moudi, Abd al-Rahman, and he is a reciter of Rawiya Hafs on the authority of Asim. He is one of the most famous reciters in the Islamic world and is distinguished by his good voice and beauty of recitation. In 1412 AH, he obtained a BA from the Department of Sharia at the Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in Al-Ahsa Governorate in the Eastern Province.

He holds a master's degree from Lahore State University, Pakistan.

He obtained a doctorate degree with an excellent grade in exegesis in a thesis entitled ((Menna Al-Ali Al-Qadir in Explaining Methods of Interpretation)).
